TTS Group director quits

Norway’s TTS Group ASA has informed that its director Jan Magne Galåen has resigned.

Galåen resigned his position after accepting another one at Carnegie Investment Banking (Corporate Finance) from January 2015. According to TTS, in his new position Galåen is not permitted to hold directorships in listed companies.

Galåen has been a member of the Board of TTS Group ASA since 2011.

TTS recently informed that the company would be laying off 40-60 employees due to, as it explained, a weaker market development than expected in the offshore sector.

TTS Group designs, develops and supplies equipment solutions and services for the marine and offshore industries.
