Two More ECO LR2 Tankers for GSI

Navig8 Product Tankers Inc. has declared effective further shipbuilding contracts for the construction of two additional ECO LR2 tankers to be built at Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI).

The two new ECO LR2 tankers have identical specifications as the company’s firm vessels already on order with GSI.

The delivery dates for the two new tankers are scheduled for Q4 2016.

Navig8 has now declared and used up all its current newbuild options with GSI and Sungdong Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co, Ltd (Sungdong) and has a total of eighteen ECO LR2 tankers on firm order with the two yards for 2015/16 scheduled delivery.
