Two FPSOs Collide at Southern Brazilian Shipyard

A collision of two FPSOs occurred on Saturday at the Honorio Bicalho shipyard in Brazil due to bad weather, according to Reuters.

The FPSOs were under construction at the shipyard when they broke free of their moorings and collided. The owner of the FPSOs, Petrobras, said that the company will conduct an inspection to assess the damage on the vessels.

It remains to be seen whether this accident will postpone the delivery of the vessels planned for next year.
