James Moffat Takes Up Role as Lamprell CEO

Lamprell, a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries, announces that, further to its announcement of 3 December 2012, James Moffat has now taken up his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Group.

Peter Whitbread, who has been acting in the role of Interim CEO since October 2012, will continue to sit on the Board of Lamprell. Mr Whitbread will also be supporting Mr Moffat in an executive capacity, to ensure a smooth transition to the new management.
