UK oil firm hires NAO vessels
Nordic American Offshore Ltd (NAO) has entered into two new contracts with a major oil-company in the UK for one year with a one year option.
This will secure employment for two of the company’s vessels up to the end of 2015. NAO has been in operation since the end of 2013.
Nordic American Offshore in June signed a contract with Vard for the construction of two offshore supply vessels.
The delivery of these two platform supply vessels will increase the Nordic American Offshore’s fleet to 10 PSVs during the second and third quarter of 2015. In November 2013, when the company was established, NAO had six PSVs.
