Ukrainian Shipbuilding to Develop Only with Russian Cooperation ?

Ukrainian shipbuilding will not develop without cooperation with Russia, reports press service of Russian Government citing premier Vladimir Putin addressed the “Russia Calling” investment forum.

“Will shipbuilding develop? No. Not because Ukrainian people are ungifted, just the opposite, they’re very talented, and there is pretty good background remained from Soviet times. But competition is too severe, it is hard to break through. So, we need to combine efforts“, commented Putin.
