UK’s South Hook to get another LNG cargo

The UK’s South Hook LNG terminal has been scheduled for another delivery of Qatari LNG.

The Al Shamal LNG tanker, with a capacity of 217,000 cbm, is sailing from Ras Laffan and is scheduled for arrival on March 18, port data reveals.

It will be the third delivery to South Hook LNG terminal in the next seven days.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.
