USA: Noble Hosts Analyst Day Conference

Noble Corporation announced that the Company will host an Analyst Day Conference on Thursday, May 24, 2012, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. The event will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Houston, Texas. Members of Noble’s executive management team will provide attendees with a comprehensive update on a variety of topics, including the Company’s strategic growth initiatives, operations improvements, capital structure and marketing.

In addition, the Company will host a tour of its new Houston-based Subsea Center of Excellence, a focal point for managing Noble’s subsea control systems and fleet critical spares and for training the next generation of subsea engineers.

Noble executives presenting at the event will include: David Williams, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bernie Wolford, Senior Vice President – Operations, James MacLennan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Roger Hunt, Senior Vice President – Marketing and Contracts, Don Jacobsen, Senior Vice President – Industry and Government Affairs.
