USA: Workskiff and Boksa Marine Design Build Vessels for Washington Police

Workskiff and Boksa Marine Design are working on the design and building of a new line of law enforcement vessels for the Washington, D.C. police department.

Boksa Marine Design provided architecture, design and engineering services.

Workskiff built the boats, the 23′ RIB based on the 23/25/27 ft series RIBs by Workskiff.

Specifications of the DC Police boat include:

– Twin Yamaha 250 HP four stroke 6 cylinder engines

– Top speed 55 MPH on a calm day

– No seat at 50 MPH

– Easily cruises at 40
