Vietnam: HVS Makes Keel Laying Ceremony for 37.000DWT Class Bulk Carrier

At 10:00 a.m. on 20th May 2011, the keel laying ceremony for Hull No. S066 was held at No. 2 dry dock of HVS. S066 is the first vessel of two (2) 37,000DWT Class Bulk Carriers order from Hi Gold 21 International S.A (Hi-Invest), Korea.

At the ceremony, representative of ship owner, classification society (KR) and HVS were attended to celebrate the event and give assure the successful construction to the delivery. The vessel has length 187m, width 27m, depth 15m and scheduled launching on 3rd November, 2011 and delivery on around end of January 2012.
