Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard Launches 82.000 DWT Bulk Carrier

On July 21st 2012, Launching Ceremony of 82.000 DWT Bulk Carrier having Hull No. S061 was held at Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard Co., Ltd. The ceremony was attended by the representatives of Saint Michael Shipping Co., Ltd., Lloyd’s Register and the Yard.

After launching, the vessel was pulled over to the outfitting quay No. 3 for the remaining works.

The main particulars of the vessel are as follows:

– Length : 229 m

– Breadth : 32.26 m

– Depth : 20.20 m

– Speed : 14.5 knots

– Cargo capacity: 96,000 m3
