WMO Support A/S, a newly formed entity and a stand-alone company within the World Marine Offshore Group, will acquire KEM’s fleet of 8 vessels.

The fleet will be operated and managed on day-to-day from its offices in Denmark and Germany. All existing contracts and operations will be transferred with the vessels.

“We have over the years followed the development of KEM Offshore and now finally agreed with the Owners to acquire all the vessels and activities,” said World Marine Offshore’s CEO Lars Zøhner.

“We will during the next period implement the vessels and activities under WMO management and look forward to working with the new clients.”

World Marine Offshore operates a fleet of 18 crew transfer vessels and 8 multirole DP2 vessels.
