China: Repaired Vessel ZIM EUROPA Leaves CIC Changxing Shipyard

On April 2nd 2012 repaired MV ZIM EUROPA left CIC Changxing Shipyard. MV ZIM EUROPA is managed by Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd in Israel. The vessel arrived at the shipyard on March 19th 2012.

After the vessel’s undocking on March 27th, the main job was the windlass brake lining renewal and other jobs on the deck. As the remaining time was short, the production department and all the related workshops focused on the schedule, safety and quality, properly arranging the working schedule and manpower. The Shipyard started the job immediately and worked overtime to complete all the jobs before the ship owner’s schedule.
