Union Tree Planted at Maritime Business Centre in Dubai

In line with the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, a Union Tree was planted at the Maritime Business Centre at the Maritime City premises by Khamis Juma Buamim, Chairman of Drydocks World and Maritime World and Executive management.

The Tree embodies the spirit of nationalism and is a symbolic representation of bonding among nationals and people of multiple ethnicities who live and work in the UAE towards the building of the Nation.

We are deeply privileged to be contributing to the economy of this great country by fuelling the development and progress of the marine, maritime and offshore oil and gas industries through our multifarious activities. The vision of our forefathers was to build the reputation of our Nation far and wide, transcending boundaries is an enduring reality and we are proud to be a part of it. I commend H.H. Sheikh Mohammed for this noble initiative and I am sure it will motivate us to work harder and stay focused,” Khamis Juma Buamim stated.
