Golar LNG Announces Dividend Information (Bermuda)

Reference is made to the first quarter 2011 report released on May 31, 2011. Golar LNG will be trading ex-dividend of a total dividend of $0.25 per share on June 8, 2011.

The record date is June 10, 2011, and the dividend will be paid on or about June 27, 2011.
