China -Xiamen Shipbuilding Holds Naming Ceremony for New Höegh's Ship

Höegh Singapore was successfully named in a traditional and spectacular naming ceremony at Xiamen Shipbuilding Industries in Xiamen, China on 12th October 2011

Mrs. Nancy Jean DeMuro (wife of Mr Richard DeMuro, Director MP & L Ford Asia, Pacific & Africa) acted as Lady Sponsor. Other guests included the Norwegian Ambassador to China, Representatives from DNV, the shipyard and site team. In addition, Representativefs from HA management, HFS, HA China and customers in China were also present.

Höegh Autoliners is a leading global provider of Ro/Ro vehicle transportation services. The company operated in 2010 approximately 50 PCTCs (Pure Car and Truck Carriers) in global trade systems which are managed from a worldwide network of 30 offices in four regions.
