Atlas Maritime Sends Aframax to Navig8’s V8 Pool

Greece-based shipping company Atlas Maritime has become the latest shipowner to join Navig8’s V8 Pool.

The pool operator said that the company will deploy its Aframax tanker MT Lady M in the coming days.

Featuring 115,400 dwt, the 2003-built tanker will take the number of vessels committed to the V8 Pool to 19 units.

Since the start of 2017, Navig8 has seen its pool expand by seventeen new vessels.

Constructed by Japan’s Sanoyas yard, Lady M is a part of Atlas Maritime’s fleet of seven double-hull vessels, which features a total capacity of around 972,000 dwt, the company’s data shows.
