Aussie Cruise Line Rebrands

Australian small ship and expedition cruise line Coral Princess Cruises has changed its name to Coral Expeditions, with three of its ships set for rechristening and refurbishing over the next year.

The Coral Princess will be rechristened as Coral Expeditions I, Coral Princess II as Coral Expeditions II and the company’s flagship the Oceanic Discoverer will be renamed the Coral Discoverer.

The company has also announced the expansion of its itinerary to cover the coastline of Tasmania.

Coral Expeditions says that the new name stays true to the company’s origins as a pioneer on the Great Barrier Reef.
