Belgium awaits Qatari LNG cargo

Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge LNG terminal is set to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Qatar at the end of the week. 

The Al Thumama LNG tanker, with a capacity of 216,200-cbm is set to arrive at Zeebrugge on August 31, according to the shipping data.

The vessel left Qatar’s LNG export complex in Ras Laffan on August 10, the data shows.

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal, that mainly imports LNG from Qatar, has an annual throughput capacity of nine billion cubic meters of natural gas.
