Belgium to Get LNG Cargo

The Umm Bab LNG tanker, with a capacity of 145,700 cubic metres, is due to arrive in the Zeebrugge liquefied natural gas terminal from Qatar on March 18, according to the Port of Zeebrugge website.

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal, operated by Fluxys, serves as a gateway to supply LNG to Northwestern Europe.

About 1,300 LNG carriers have docked at the terminal since commissioning of the facility in 1987.
