Bibby Offshore Extends Charter of Olympic Ares

Olympic Ship AS has entered into a three-year charter agreement with Bibby Offshore Limited for the vessel Olympic Ares, a multi-functional subsea support & construction vessel.

The charter extends the current charter in place, now ending in late 2017. The charterer has combined options for an additional three years for a total of six years.

Olympic Ares is designed for low fuel consumption and excellent sea and station-keeping. This is in addition to low noise and vibration in hull and superstructure which ensures high comfort and safety for the crew.

Olympic Ship is a Norwegian-based global offshore supply vessel owner and operator with a well-diversified portfolio of 23 vessels focused on subsea. The fleet is relatively young with an average
age of about 5 years.
