CH Offshore chief executive resigns to pursue other interests

CEO and executive director of Singapore’s offshore vessel operator CH Offshore has decided to resign from his position.

CH Offshore said in an announcement of cessation on Friday that the CEO and executive director James William Noe resigned from the position, effective immediately.

The company added that Noe opted to resign in order to pursue other career interest.

The 46-year-old Noe was the CEO of the company for three years having been appointed to the position on July 1, 2015.

During his time in CH Offshore, he was responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and the overall performance of the group.

Apart from his position in CH Offshore, Noe is currently the director of Gemini Sprind Sdn Bhd, Marineco Limited, and PT Bahtera Nusanatara Indonesia where he is the president commissioner.
