Cheniere Energy Partners makes new addition to BoD

U.S. LNG export player Cheniere said changes have been made to its board of directors of Cheniere Energy Partners, following the resignation of Don Turkleson.

According to a company’s filing with the SEC, Turkleson resigned as a member of the board of directors on February 15, effective February 27.

Following his resignation, Cheniere. appointed Jim Deidiker as a member of the board, effective February 27, 2017. He was also appointed as the chairman of the audit committee of the board.

Deidiker, who has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Calpine Corporation from January 2009 until August 2015 and also served as vice president and controller of Texas Genco from March 2005 to April 2006.

Prior to that, he served as managing director and vice president, administration of AEP Energy Services.
