Chevron Brazil Extends Contract for Construction Vessel 'Skandi Salvador'

Chevron Brazil (Chevron) has extended the contract for Skandi Salvador and related services with one year from September 2012. The one year extension has a value of approximately NOK 250 millions.

Skandi Salvador is a construction vessel built in Brazil. She was delivered form yard in 2009 and has, since delivery, performed various services at Chevron’s Frade field. She is equipped with a large subsea crane, a large subsea winch and 2 ROVs.

250 000 000 Norwegian kroner = 41.0125 million U.S. dollars
