China: CIC Boluomiao Shipyard Repairs Bulk Carrier MV Sun Bay

M/V “Sun Bay” was well repaired by CIC Boluomiao Shipyard and redelivered successfully to its owners. The subject ship was a bulk carrier of one Korea shipping company. The main projects were the conventional jobs of main engine, drydocking, the repair of the deck crane, boiler and the treatment of cargo hold and so on.

The engineering department made production plans and organized the working force actively for the production. They paid attention to the project plan and focused on the schedule, safety, quality and service. Because of National Day holiday, the shipyard had overcome difficulties of the labor organizational and overlapping jobs inside cargo holds. All of the staffs worked overtime and completed the repair in time finally.
