CIC Changxing Shipyard Completes Repair Works on Floating Crane DALIHAO

On Feb. 23, 2012, CIC Changxing Shipyard successfully completed the repair job of Floating Crane ship DALIHAO, the job lasted for 20 days and the vessel was redelivered on time.

MV DALIHAO, one of the largest floating crane vessels in the world which belongs to Shanghai Salvage Bureau, is 100m in LOA and 38m in LOB, with the 13000 t of displacement. She had made the great contribution to the port construction, ocean development and salvage during the last 3 years. The main work this time was to repair the crane on board.

To satisfy the owner, the yard production department and workshop made a reasonable repair plan for the repair, arranged the manpower to work overtime to speed up the job. The vessel departed from the shipyard successfully and on schedule.
