HTS Completes Sea Trials for 55.000 DWT Self Unloading Vessel

On 27th Nov. 2011, after a 4-day sea-trial, Hantong accomplished various testing programs for 55.000 DWT Self Unloading Vessel (HT081), and all inspections met the requirements of ship owners and the Class.

The vessel is built for COECLERICI and Class approved by RINA.

The steel cutting ceremony for the vessel was held on 16th Sept 2010 and keel laying ceremony on 22nd Jan 2011.

Two days later on 29th Nov. 2011, the steel cutting ceremony for 57.000 DWT Bulk carrier (Hull No:HT097),which is built for Eagle Bulk has been successfully carried out in our Hull workshop. The vessel is classified by LR. Mr Pan Xuejun— vice general manger and the ship-owner’s representative attended this ceremony. After ceremony, they signed the steel cutting document in Hantong conference room.

Jiangsu Hantong ship heavy industry Co., Ltd (HTS) is a newly-built large and medium-sized enterprise and is speeding up the process of establishing modernized shipbuilding enterprise. The shipyard occupies 950m of natural deep water shore line of Yangtze River, and the total area around 35 hectares.
