CIC Changxing Shipyard Carries Out Repair of MV ‘Kaduoniya’

CIC Changxing Shipyard successfully completed  the repair of MV ‘Kaduoniya’ on June 17, 2013. MV ‘Kaduoniya’ officially entered the shipyard on June 7th.

The repair activities of the vessel included: steel renewal of iwo forepeak tank, steering gear room, No. 3 Pt. & St. ballast tanks, hull plate at No.4 Pt. fuel tank, longitudinal frames as well as hatch cover steel work repair.

Even though the schedule for completion of the project was tight the steel works were completed on June 14th. Subsequently the shipyard workers put the finishing touches so as to meet the owner’s requirements.
