Deep Sea Supply completes 10 PSVs buyout

Deep Sea Supply, a Cyprus-based shipping company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, has completed the previously announced transaction to acquire ten offshore vessels.
Recently, Deep Sea Supply has entered into an agreement to acquire 10 PSVs, of which 4 are currently under construction, through the acquisition of the company PSV Holding Inc.
Deep Sea Supply has now reported that the transaction was successfully completed yesterday and that the following vessels are now owned by the Company: “Sea Falcon”, “Sea Flyer”, “Sea Tantalus”, “Sea Titus”, “Sea Tortuga” and “Sea Supra”.
It is expected that the remaining 4 vessels, that are now under construction, will be delivered during 3Q and 4Q 2014.
