Det norske awards 4-year deal to Proactima

Proactima, a supplier of services in risk assessment, societal security, and HSE management, has signed a four-year framework agreement with oil and gas company Det norske.

Proactima said that the agreement covers services and the hiring out of employees within the health, safety, and environment (HSE) sector.

The company also said that the agreement contains support for projects within working environment, external environment, risk analysis and organizational management.

The agreement also includes options for an extension of four years.

Managing Director of Proactima, Hermann S. Wiencke, said: “Proactima looks forward to continuing the good cooperation we have with Det norske through a new framework agreement.”

Proactima has supported Det norske in the development of the Ivar Aasen project since 2012.

To remind, Det norske oljeselskap recently agreed to merge with BP Norge (BP Norway) through a share purchase transaction to create the independent E&P company on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).

The company will be renamed Aker BP with Aker and BP as main industrial shareholders. The new E&P company will be independently operated and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
