Double LNG delivery for UK

The UK’s two LNG terminals on the shores of Milford Haven waterway are scheduled for delivery of liquefied natural gas cargoes on March 6.

The South Hook LNG terminal is scheduled to receive a cargo from Qatar’s Ras Laffan aboard the 266,000 cbm Rasheeda LNG carrier, port data reveals.

The 145,000 cbm Methane Jane Elizabeth is on its way to the UK’s Dragon LNG terminal with a Point Fortin load.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system, while the Dragon LNG has a maximum gas send out rate to the NTS of 7.6 billion cubic metres of gas per year.
