Dynagas LNG declares cash distribution

Dynagas LNG Partners, an owner and operator of LNG carriers, has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30 of $0.4225 per unit.

The cash distribution is payable on or about August 13, 2015 to all unit holders of record as of August 6, the company said in a statement.

The current fleet of Dynagas Partners consists of five LNG carriers, with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 759,100 cubic meters.
