Elengy’s Fos Cavaou terminal in Marseille received Gaslog Savannah LNG carrier on 30 August 2021. This event marked the 100th ship reloading operation at the company’s terminals.

The 100 cargoes amount to around 6 million tonnes of LNG on the whole. They were loaded on 58 different LNG carriers and transported from Elengy’s terminals to 25 countries.

The French LNG terminals operator launched this solution in 2012 to meet the clients’ need for flexibility. It is one of its first service diversifications.

Furthermore, these 100 reloads add to 73 ship-to-ship transhipments carried out at the Montoir-de-Bretagne LNG terminal since 2013.

Elengy said it is also developing its services to increase the use of LNG and offer a carbon-neutral service by 2050.
