He succeeds Jean-Michel Maillet who plans on focusing more on his role at FACE Loire Atlantique, Elengy said.

Elengy operates 3 terminals in France, Montoir-de-Bretagne on the Atlantic coast, and Fos Tonkin and Fos Cavaou on the Mediterranean coast.

Montoir-de-Bretagne LNG terminal was commissioned in 1980 to receive liquefied natural gas from Algeria further supplying it to Gaz de France.

The facility has three 120,000-cubic meter tanks and is capable of handling 10 billion cubic meters of LNG per year.
