EMGS hired for more work in Norwegian Sea

EMGS has landed another survey contract in the Norwegian Sea.

To remind, the Norwegian offshore survey company Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) on September 4, announced an agreement from Statoil Petroleum AS for the Norwegian Sea survey.

EMGS has now received a new contract from another oil and gas company worth $1.0 million for the acquisition of 3D EM data in the nearby area.

The company will be using the vessel Atlantic Guardian. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed early in October, after which the vessel is scheduled to go directly into a 6 week yard stay.
