EMGS Mobilises EM Leader for 3D EM Data Acquisition Project Offshore Brunei

EMGS announces its decision to mobilise the vessel EM Leader in response to increased market demand in Asia.

EMGS has received a Letter of Intent from a major international oil company for a six-week 3D EM data acquisition project offshore Brunei. Surveying is expected to start in early February, following modifications of the EM Leader to accommodate EMGS’s equipment and technology.

“The mobilisation of EM Leader is a confirmation of the promising contract opportunities we are currently pursuing in Asia and is in line with our ambition to maintain flexible capacity in our service offering,” says Roar Bekker, EMGS chief executive officer.

Further details on additional projects to be undertaken during this campaign will be announced separately.
