Engie Sells Fabricom Offshore Services
Engie Fabricom UK Ltd has sold its holding of the share capital of Fabricom Offshore Services Limited (FOS) to 55 Degrees Holding Limited.
The sale of the shares took place on 12 November, Engie said.
According to the company, the announcement comes at an exciting time for Engie Fabricom due to the continued growth of its activities in the offshore wind and energy from waste sectors in 2018.
FOS is focused on the delivery of fully integrated EPC services and expertise over the full lifecycle of offshore oil and gas assets, including concept, modification, upgrade and decommissioning.

The article originally stated that Norther and Hohe See offshore substations were constructed by ENGIE Fabricom UK Limited. These substations were constructed by Fabricom SA/NV in Belgium which remains part of the ENGIE Group.
