Epic Gas Back at Sasaki for Gas Carrier No. 3

Epic Gas Ltd. said today that it has acquired a third 7,500cbm fully pressurised gas carrier to be built at Sasaki Shipbuilding of Japan. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The latest newbuild will be vessel No. 8 in Epic Gas’ fleet built at Sasaki Shipbuilding.

Epic Gas, headquartered in Singapore, owns and operates a fleet of fully pressurised gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas and petrochemicals.

The company controls a fleet of 45 vessels (13 of which are newbuilds), which serve as a link in the international gas and petrochemical supply chains throughout Asia, Europe, West Africa and the Americas.
