Germany: HGO’s INNOVATION Starts Operating on Global Tech I

In August, the construction works for the project Global Tech I have successfully started. Five test piles have already been executed at selected points close to the turbine location in the seabed.

INNOVATION has even surpassed our expectations and is more powerful than planned. INNOVATION can be confidently manoeuvered and on first entering Bremerhaven it was able to pass through the Kaiserschleuse lock without active assistance by tugboats.

INNOVATION does not only lay the foundation for safer and more cost-effective offshore wind farm installations but also sets new standards with outstanding characteristics.
