Grain LNG terminal to get cargo

The UK’s Grain LNG terminal, operated by National Grid, is expected to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas this week, shipping data says.

The cargo is carried by the 126,000 cbm Mourad Didouche, and it is scheduled to arrive at the terminal located near London on September 9.

The terminal has a 15 million tonnes per annum capacity – equivalent to about 20 percent of the gas demand in the UK.
