Promising 2012 for Hallin Marine

Singapore-based Hallin Marine, a Superior Energy Services company, reports a promising start to 2012  with four new contracts.

Hallin’s West Division heads into battle in search of unexploded 1939-1945 ordnance off the German coast. A Quasar work-class remotely operated vehicle and team are being provided to support site clearance for a windfarm installation.

For a separate commission, Hallin West has chartered the Stril Explorer to fulfil inspection and intervention operations in the North Sea. The Stril Explorer, a 76 metre dynamically-positioned vessel, will form a service base for the operation of a fully mobilised ROV system including Hallin’s Quasar Compact and Seaeye Lynx submersibles.
