Singapore-flagged diving support vessel on duty in Arabian Gulf

Singapore’s offshore marine solutions company PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has secured a long-term diving services contract in the Arabian Gulf with an undisclosed client.

The company’s diving support vessel (DSV) POSH Mallard will be deployed for the work that includes comprehensive saturation and air diving services, equipped with a work-class remotely operated vehicle (WROV).

The Singaporean player did not reveal any other details about the scope, project, or client.

POSH Mallard features a 12-ton active heave-compensated crane, a 12-man saturation diving system and accommodation for up to 108 personnel. The vessel is 89 meters long and has a deck area of 550 m2.

It was built in 2017 by PaxOcean Engineering Zhoushan.
