Two cruise lines to leave Norfolk

Holland America, Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises and Radisson Seven Seas all have ships that currently make Norfolk their home port. Radisson Seven Seas Navigator, a high-end ship with a passenger capacity of 490, won’t be sailing out of Norfolk in 2006. Neither will Celebrity Cruise’s Horizon ship, which has a capacity of 1,350 passengers.
