Utica Harbor Dredging Starts

The state Canal Corp. worked Wednesday to begin dredging the Utica Harbor in North Utica. The project will take about 3 months – including more than a month at the harbor’s “neck” and several more months of digging out the contaminated sediments at the harbor floor, Canal Corp. officials said.
