Keppel FELS delivers jackup rig ahead of schedule to ENSCO

Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS) has delivered ENSCO 107, a KFELS B Class design jackup drilling rig to ENSCO International Inc (ENSCO) one month ahead of contractual schedule and within budget.
