Singaporean ship detained for suspectedly causing accident in Vietnam

Vietnamese authorities have detaineda cargo ship sailing under the Singaporean flag for being suspected of hitting a local boat, which killed one Vietnamese man,injured eight others and left seven missing, local newspaper Youth reported Thursday.
