Mascalzone Latino confirm America’s Cup bid

Italy’s Mascalzone Latino sailing team announced on Tuesday that they will be taking part in the 33rd America’s Cup, which is scheduled to take place in Valencia in 2009.
“Mascalzone Latino launched its challenge,” the team, which represents the Reale Yacht Club Canottieri Savoia of Naples, said on their Web site (www.mascalzonelatino.it).
