Innospection Sets Up R&D Facility in Germany

An inspection provider for the global processing industry, Innospection,  has opened its new €3.5 million research and development facility in Germany.

The Aberdeen-based company opened the 823m2 office space which includes an additional 1062m2 of workshop space in Stutensee following a 20% growth in turnover between 2016-2017 and securing a number of contracts to develop new inspection tools for oil and gas operators.

The facility accommodates the R&D organization which has a team of 30 specialist and includes capabilities for sensor technology design, mechanical design and assembly, electrical engineering and software design.
