Jasper Explorer Drillship Undergoes Repairs

Jasper Drilling’s drillship, the “Jasper Explorer” is undergoing repairs caused by an unplanned event which resulted in damage to the Top Drive and other related equipment.

Repairs are expected to be completed within 30 days from this announcement.

The direct cost of the repairs will be insignificant compared to the value of the drilling contract.

Jasper Explorer is capable of operating in 5,000 ft of water with a DP-2 system.
