LNG tanker due at Dragon terminal next week

The UK’s Dragon terminal is expected to receive an LNG cargo from Qatar onboard the 214,198 cbm Al Kharsaah on July 15, according to port data.

Dragon LNG plays an intrinsic role in supporting the UK’s energy infrastructure. It imports and supplies 6 billion cubic metres of gas per year to the UK’s national transmission system, as and when required, to meet peak demand.

BG Group and Petronas own 50 per cent in the Dragon LNG terminal each.
